Frequently Asked Questions About Accessing the Writer Within

Accessing the Writer Within Program

How does Accessing the Writer Within work?

It works very simply:

When you order today, you’ll get access to a members-only area where you can access each of the meditations and the beautiful Companion Guide that describes each day’s intention.

Then, each day for the next 21 days, you’ll receive an email in the morning reminding you to take the 10-15 minutes to meditate.

All you have to do is read through the day’s Companion Guide … then find your comfortable place … close your eyes … and let Annette guide you to relaxation.

How quickly will I start to feel results?

Almost immediately.

Your very first day with Annette, you’ll learn to unclutter your mind and start silencing those “voices” that cloud your thinking and overtake the task at hand.

In fact, learning to “quiet your mind” is one of the vital skills Annette will teach you that has the power to impact all areas of your life.

A “quiet mind” allows us to recognize and trust our best intuitions … lets us feel peace and flow and that feeling of being “in the zone.”

A quiet mind also lets us be alone without feeling “lonely” — and relieves us of the desperate (and destructive) need to constantly be “busying” ourselves with computers, televisions, smartphones … or using food, drugs, and alcohol to feel “okay.”

It’s one of the most important — and liberating — skills you’ll ever learn.

Why is this program different from any other guided meditation program?

Annette has specially created these meditation sessions to help creative professionalslike writers, artists, and designers “knock down” the obstacles hindering your success and slowing you down … and begin to open up a whole new world of possibilities for you.

Other guided meditations — while beneficial — do not specifically target your persona as an artist. They do not focus on the specific things that hold artists back, like procrastination, lack of focus, self-judgment, fear of rejection, etc.

What topics are covered?

We don’t want to give the whole thing away, but here’s a little taste of what you’ll get …

Day 1 — You’ll learn to quiet and “unclutter” your mind, as Annette teaches you how to meditate.

Day 2 — You’ll learn a form of “self-hypnosis” that can put you in a writing zoneanytime you need to be.

Day 3 — takes you to an even higher level. Using Annette’s ultra-powerful HMT, you’ll learn to tap in to the endless creative power of your subconscious mind.

In just the first three days of this program, you’ll learn the pure essence of meditation … proven ways to quiet your mind, and take control of your thoughts so you’re more confident and productive.

Day 4 — You’ll learn how to silence the inner critic — the one that whispers, gnaws, and whines at you until your self-esteem and self-confidence are left in tatters. So long as the “inner critic” is allowed to rule, success will be a difficult, uphill battle.

Day 5 — You’ll put an end to a writer’s greatest enemy: procrastination.

Day 6 —You’ll learn a simple technique for turning your mind into a laser beam of concentration — no matter what your mood or the distractions that surround you.

You’ll be amazed at how much writing you can accomplish in a simple three-hour period — with your full mind working … and nothing to distract you!

Day 7 —You’ll learn a simple meditative technique for navigating over or around the frustrating “writer’s block hurdle.”

Now, it’s no coincidence that some of the most debilitating obstacles any writer can ever face are “cured” during the first week of this program.

It was designed that way.

Remember, this is a serious meditation program created specifically for writers.

The goal is to get you writing and productive from the first day you start using it … no matter what level you’re at.

As for the rest of the program? The next 14 days simply build on what you’ve learned … each day as important and mentally liberating as the last.

Two weeks through the program, you’ll not only have banished all the negativityfrom your life — but you’ll be well on your way to turning that negativity intopowerful positives that can transform your life!

The final week? It’s all about building on those positives so you can achieve your full potential — as a writer and a person.

What do I do after the 21 days are up?

Once you enroll, you’ll have lifetime access to all 42 (21 morning and 21 evening) meditations.

That means you’re free to do the 21-day program over and over, as many times as you like. Or you can go back and listen to any session that inspired you most … or where you feel you could use more practice and polish.

Sounds amazing! How much does Accessing the Writer Within cost?

Access to the full 21-day program plus Annette’s beautiful digital Companion Guide — plus the daily email reminder service — is only $29.

Is there a guarantee?

You bet!

If you try this program … and after the 21 days you don’t feel your life has improved dramatically … or that you haven’t become a better, moreproductive, more focused, more confident writer — let us know and we’ll return every penny of the $29 you paid.

In other words, if for any reason you’re not happy — you can get your money back. It’s as simple as that.

Dr. Annette Annechild

Who is Annette Annechild — and why is she qualified to lead me through this?

Dr. Annette Annechild holds a Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in counseling psychology. She’s been in private practice for over 25 years.

She has also spent 30+ years practicing and teaching yoga.

Annette’s spent her entire professional life developing her own unique style of guided meditation, which she’s used to help celebrities, movie stars, Olympians, and famous musicians and artists successfully face their fears and break through their personal obstacles.

Accessing the Writer Within is the culmination of Annette’s life’s work.

Here are a few things that people she’s worked with had to say …

Annette Annechild is a transformational healer, gifted hypnotherapist, and spiritual leader. It is a blessing to be in her company and experience her powerful therapeutic essence. During her sessions, I am projected from my history of constant anxiety to a world of hope and peace. My work with her has helped me deal with procrastination and organization. Her safe, tranquil environment gives me the opportunity to learn new brain patterns while creating a rewarding, productive life. Annette’s insatiable quest for changing people’s lives is truly admirable. She is a gift to all who know and love her.” — Susan M.

As a researcher, writing is the most important part of my professional life. I’ve used Annette Annechild’s self-hypnoses and recorded meditations for years because they work. Her vivid visualizations and comforting delivery give me the focus I need for my writing to flow. They allow me to get my work done with joy and satisfaction, not pain and procrastination.”

— Michael G., Ph.D., MPP

Hypnosis and meditation, when truly harnessed, can dramatically improve a person’s life. These skills are underappreciated for the incredible potential they have to tap our greatest resources that normally stay hidden from our view in the unconscious.

“I can think of no one who understands this and can convey this better than Dr. Annette Annechild. She is one of the great Souls in the field of psychotherapy — who brings years of experience, profound wisdom, and a pure heart to all who come to her. Consider yourself blessed by a Master if you work with her.”

Hypnotic Meditative Technique (HMT)

What is the difference between meditation and self-hypnosis?

Meditation is about clearing the mind by focusing on breath work or a repeated mantra. No matter what the mind wants to do, you’ll learn to constantly bring it back to the mantra or the breath.

Self-hypnosis begins with the same clearing of the mind, then dives deeper into the subconscious to elicit a specific benefit or action.

What is Annette Annechild’s Hypnotic Meditative Technique (HMT)?

Don’t worry, no one is going to dangle a watch in front of you and put you to sleep. That’s just in the movies.

HMT is the groundbreaking technique that Annette developed and perfected over her 25-year career as a therapist. It is a step beyond the “traditional meditation” that everyone talks about.

It is a therapeutic technique that helps you harness the power of meditation and self-hypnosis to use for very specific purposes.

It allows you to instantly take control of any situation you’re in — so you’re ruling your world and it’s not ruling you.

The change HMT can have on your life is nothing short of transformative:

Instead of waiting for the universe to bestow abundance, you will be able to gain control and take action as opportunities arise, moving with renewed energy and inspired by the new sense of “flow” in your life.

Meditation in general

What is meditation?

Meditation is simply a deliberate act of clearing and relaxing the mind, often with the goal of achieving some type of benefit.

Though its exact time and place of origin are unknown, it was widely practiced in Eastern religion and medicine for thousands of years.

Today, meditation is considered a “mainstream” practice in Western society.

Some of the world’s smartest, most influential people now rely on it for relaxing and reducing stress, improving aspects of the “self,” such as self-confidence, esteem, and optimism, and more.

People like …

  • Bill Ford, Executive Chairman of the Ford Motor Company, credits this with turning around the fortunes of Ford when it was teetering on bankruptcy in 2008 …
  • Padmasree Warrior,Chief Technology Officer at Cisco Systems — a job that’s certain to clutter up anyone’s mind — calls this ritual “a reboot for your brain and soul.”
  • Hip Hop mogul Russell Simmons is a huge proponent. “You don’t even have to believe in it for it to work,” he said. “You just have to take the time to do it.”
  • Green Mountain Coffee Roasters CEO Robert Stiller says it “helps develop your abilities to focus better and accomplish your tasks.”
  • Oprah Winfrey, who oversees media dynasty Harpo Productions, says she walks away from this daily ritual “feeling full of hope, a sense of contentment, and deep joy.”

Meditation and the “study of the mind” has its skeptics … but the myriad benefits that millions of people swear by are undeniable.

Whether you’re a skeptic or you already believe in the power of meditation because you have already tried it, you’ll find Dr. Annette Annechild’s Accessing the Writer Within program to be a simple, commonsense approach to meditation that helps you unleash your success as a writer.

What are Annette’s tips for meditating?

Try to meditate in the same place every day. Pick a comfortable chair and make that your quiet place.

Try to meditate in the morning and the night even if it’s only for five minutes — it becomes like bookends to your day.

Don’t give up, it’s like training a new puppy. If you tell the puppy what to do over and over every day, one day it just gets it and behaves. The mind is the same way — if it knows you mean business, it will begin to cooperate, we promise!

Why is it so hard for me to meditate? I’ve tried before, but I can’t seem to relax or get my mind under control.

Don’t worry — it’s hard for everybody to quiet the mind at first, that’s why it takes daily practice and an experienced guide.

Plus, it’s also a misconception that you’re only “successful” at meditating if you’re able to quiet your mind. Annette says that even after all her years of meditation experience, she still has days where her mind races the entire time.

But the good news is it doesn’t matter what actually happens when you sit to meditate. You are meditating if you are attempting to quiet the mind.

Accessing the Writer Within is designed to help you understand that you can, in fact, control your mind … and Annette walks you step-by-step through that process.
